ABC Cake Class Schedule

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES. You must register and pay for all classes 3 days in advance.


Classes must be paid for when you register (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you are signed up for a class, and don't cancel within 72 hours
(3 days)of the class start time, your fee is non-refundable. Classes not meeting the minimum enrollment 48 hours in advance will be cancelled and you will be notified. In that case, your fee will be refunded to you, or transferred to another class. Please note you must be sixteen to take the adult classes.

Classes are subject to cancellation unless at least THREE students register.

Fondant Basics - (1,2,3) With Terrie


If you have never worked with Fondant and would love to learn, this is the perfect introduction class for you.
Learn the basics of working with fondant from preparation to coloring to covering a cake.
In class we will level, fill, crumb coat and cover a cake with fondant.
We will also cover a 10" cake board. As time permits we will review simple fondant accents.
Advance to the next step Fondant Beyond the Basics 4,5,6 to learn endless possibilities of fondant accents for your cake.
The cost is $40.00 plus supplies

Terrie's Pot of Gold Cake

Gumpaste Flowers with Andrea


This month Andrea will teach you the Five Petal Wild Rose.
In class you will learn to work with gumpaste to create this stunning flower arrangement. Andrea will also cover basic techniques of dusting and flower arrangement.
Please bring an apron and a container for your project or you can purchase one in the shoppe.

Easter Cookies With Jennifer

Panoramic Sugar Egg With Jennifer



Panoramic Sugar Egg Class In this two day class you will create a beautiful panoramic egg. We will spend the first class making all the beautiful flowers and details for our egg. In the second class, I will demonstrate how to make the sugar egg and we will put it together. We will be using gumpaste, sugar and royal icing. All the recipes will be given and you will leave with a beautiful sugar egg. All supplies will be provided. Please bring a container to take your egg home.

Faberge' Easter Egg Cookies by Carleen

Carleen's Chocolate Design Class


Take your cake decorating to the next level by learning hox to create your own chocolate designs without using molds.

Carleen's White Chocolate Bow Class


Learn the quick and delicious way to make a loopy bow for the top of your cake! These bows are as fun to eat as the are impressive. Your guests will love them!

We will be making one white chocolate bow. You are welcome to bring a cake upon which to build your bow. Otherwise, you will simply build the bow on top of a cardboard cake circle.

The cost is $40.00
Please bring an apron, two cookie sheets and a container to take your bow home.

Chocolates with Suzy

Chocolate Roses and More with Suzy

You will learn how to mold chocolate roses using candy clay(recipe),pour chocolate boxes and make and decorate flavored chocolate spoons. All supplies provided except candy clay(bring premade candy clay).
Bring a container to take your chocolates home! The cost is $30.00 1 day/night class.

Candy Clay: 1 package of Merkens candy
1/3 cup light corn syrup ( i. e. Karo)
Melt chocolate discs in microwave or melting pot.
Stir in light corn syrup until blended. Pour recipe onto waxed paper and let sit for at least 2 hours. Overnight is better. Bring entire recipe to class.

Fondant Beyond the Basics - (4,5,6) with Terrie

Come learn to give your cake a professional and elegant touch with fondant accents. In class we will accent your cake with bows, drapes ruffles, roses and cut-outs. As time permits we will review crimping, embossing and ribbon effects. You will also have the opportunity to experiment with dusting powders to give your fondant accents that extra bling!
Cost is $40.00 plus supplies. Pre-requisite: Fondant Basics class or experience working with fondant.

All Cake Decorating classes are 2 hours each, one time a week for 4 weeks. You must register for the class in advance, class cost is $40.00 and you get a 10% discount on all supplies purchased while you are a student!
