What you Should Know about Classes at ABC Cakes
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES.
You must register and pay for all classes at least three days in advance. No exceptions.
A 72 hour
notification is required for cancellation of a pre-paid class. A
cancellation received with less than 72-hours notice will
be non-refundable.
Classes are subject
to cancellation if the minimum enrollment of three students is not met.
Classes without the minimum enrollment number will be canceled 48 hours
prior to the first class. You will receive notification of any
cancellations and a full refund will be provided to you.
Beginning Cake Decorating
Beginning Cake Decorating is perfect for anyone interested in the basics of cake design. During this four-week course, you will pipe borders, scallops, a basket weave and roses, decorate a cupcake bouquet and design a character cake. Classes are two hours each, and will be held once a week for four consecutive weeks. It is required to attend the first class to participate in the remainder of the course.
Class is for ages 16 and up, however ages 11-15 may take this class with an adult.
The cost for this four-week course is $40, plus supplies, and advanced registration and payment is required. Students receive a 10% discount on all supplies purchased during the time you are enrolled!

Intermediate Cake Decorating
Intermediate Cake Decorating is the ideal course for students looking to take their basic skills to the next level. Using techniques learned in Beginning Cake Decorating, this class will teach you to make royal icing flowers, basket of flowers, a baby jacket cake, dress cake or jersey cake and doll, volcano or bee hive cake, increasing your ability to add details and decorative elements to your basic designs. Classes are two hours each, and will be held once a week for four consecutive weeks.
It is required to attend the first class to participate in the remainder of the course.
Class is for ages 16 and up, however ages 11-15 may take this class with an adult.
Completion of Beginning Cake Decorating is required to enroll.

Adult & Child Decorating Class
This is a fun summer class where the two of you will learn the basics of decorating cakes and cupcakes.
The classes are 2 hours each, one time a week for 4 weeks.
If you miss the first class you will not be able to take the rest of the class.
You and the child may take the class as a team and work on the same cake
or each of you may work on your own cake.
You must register for the class in advance, class cost is $40.00 for the adult
and $20.00 for the child plus supplies.
